• Liquidation & Variance: We specialize in wholesale, liquidation, overstock, returns, and open-box items across multiple categories (including Appliances, Power Equipment, Furniture, Home Improvement, Fitness Equipment, and Miscellaneous goods). Due to the unique nature of our inventory, items are sold on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Pricing Accuracy: While we strive to ensure all social media posts, descriptions, and prices are accurate, inadvertent typographical errors or inventory changes may occur. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors or pull an item from availability at any time without liability.

• Final Sales: Unless explicitly noted otherwise in writing on your official receipt at the time of purchase, all sales are final.
• "As-Is" Condition: Buyers acknowledge that items may be open-box, scratch-and-dent, or liquidation stock. All goods are sold strictly "As-Is, Where-Is," with all faults.
• Customer Inspection: It is the sole responsibility of the buyer to fully inspect, test, and verify the working condition, parts, and aesthetic quality of any item (especially major appliances and power equipment) before leaving our premises. Mr. Dealz Wholesale makes no implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose once an item leaves the warehouse.

• DM Holds: All items are subject to first come fist serve basis. 
• Loading and Transportation: Buyers are fully responsible for providing their own vehicle, strapping, and protective materials to transport purchased items safely. While our team may assist with loading heavy items into your vehicle as a courtesy, Mr. Dealz Wholesale assumes zero liability for any damage caused to your vehicle, your property, or the purchased item during the loading, securing, or transit process.

To the fullest extent permitted by California law, Mr. Dealz Wholesale, its owners, and its representatives shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use, operation, or failure of any product purchased from us. This includes, but is not limited to, home modification issues, improper installation of appliances, or the operation of heavy power equipment.

We welcome public interaction, comments, and reviews on our social media channels. However, we reserve the right to block users and delete comments that are abusive, defamatory, fraudulent, spam-oriented, or otherwise harmful to our online community and business reputation.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California. Any legal disputes or claims arising out of a transaction or interaction with our business must be handled within the jurisdiction of San Mateo County, California.
